CA Designs Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to apps published by CA Designs, including Tint Logic. It explains what information may be entered, stored, used, or shared when using CA Designs apps.

Information You Enter

CA Designs apps may store information you choose to enter, such as customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, job addresses, vehicle details, quote details, job notes, customer photos, scheduling information, employee names, payment status, business profile details, pricing settings, and report information.

Local Storage

Current beta versions may store app data locally on your device using Apple-provided storage. CA Designs does not currently operate a production cloud sync service for Tint Logic app data.

Cloud Features

Future releases may add cloud-based sync, website access, shop accounts, subscriptions, customer approval links, and payment-related features. This Privacy Policy will be updated before those features collect or sync additional account, shop, or customer data.

Sharing, Texting, And Email

Apps may allow you to create PDFs, share estimates, send emails or text messages, open navigation, or contact support. These actions are started by you and may use Apple apps or third-party services on your device. Information shared through those services is handled by those services' own policies.

Photos

If an app allows customer or job photos, photos are added by you and stored with the related app data. The app does not access your photo library except when you choose to add or change a photo.

Payments

Current beta features may allow you to record payment received, balance due, and payment method labels. Current beta versions do not process credit card payments or collect payment card numbers.

Advertising And Tracking

CA Designs apps do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Support Requests

If you contact support, your email address and any information included in your message will be used to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve the apps.

Data Control

If app data is stored locally, deleting the app may remove locally stored app data from your device. If cloud sync is added in the future, additional account, export, and deletion options may be provided.
